Handle account opening documentation and procedures;
Handle client’s enquires about various trading system;
Manage client’s data (electronically and in paper format);
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation;
Communicate with internal and external parties effectively;
Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks from time to time.
Form 7 or above;
Pass in HKSI licensing examination papers 1,7,8 & 9/ Licensed Representative of RA 1, 2;
With relevant experience in financial industry;
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST;
Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player;
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
Immediate available is preferred;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Assistant.
