Customer Services Officer

DSP Group

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a computerized sales order system – monitoring of delivery sales orders, status and performance
  • Coordination of product supply with the operations department.
  • Coordination with the Sales force.
  • On going correspondence with customers and in-organization functions, including with head office.
  • On going relation with customers.
  • Liaise with customers, supply planners, sales team and other internal departments to assure smooth business fulfillment.
  • Communicate with customer to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
  • Provide sales supports

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar position, preferable in high tech company
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • MRP/ERP – experience in Oracle is an advantage

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks
