Customer Services Officer

 Requirements :

  • Form 7 or above
  • Strong interpersonal skills, mature & independent
  • Proactive, good telephone manner & customer-oriented
  • At least 2-3 years of solid complaint handling experience, preferably in F&B/retail industry
  • A team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to listen, communicate and interact professionally with customers even in challenging situations
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency with MS office applications and Chinese word processing


  • Handle phone and email inquiries or complaints from different parties or media related to shops, dining experience, promotion in a professional manner
  • Analyze different cases and recommend practical solutions for improving total service quality
  • Collaborate with internal departments, especially frontline operations for complaint investigation and settlement
  • Compile high quality customer service reports for management’s review
  • Prepare periodic report & analysis of customer enquiry and complaints
  • Perform departmental administration tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
