Customer Services Officer

Job Description:

  • Provide first line helpdesk support and advice to customer
  • Handle and follow up customer requests and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaise with internal technical staff for updating progress / feedbacks to the customers
  • Assist in providing regular CS reports to the supervisors
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Competent in Cantonese and English, with Putonghua proficiency a plus
  • Knowledge in IT a definite advantage
  • Cheerful, mature and responsible
  • Immediately available preferred
