Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas office
  • Provide quality service to Key accounts customers
  • Check price from overseas office, quotation issue, follows up overseas routing orders
  • Work within SOP and follow up shipments smoothly
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
  • Join visit customer with sale colleagues

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or Diploma holder
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in Customer Services Logistics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven, work independent, responsible and mature.
  • Familiar with worldwide markets
  • Excellent command both English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office
