Customer Services Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Handle customers' enquiries & complaints on IT issue
  • Level 1 technical and operation support via telephone
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Might need to work on shift

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma holder in Computer or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge in computer networking
  • Experience in Helpdesk / Customer Services will be an advantage
  • Customer oriented mindset, and good telephone manner
  • Good verbal and written communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Independent and self-motivated character
  • Eager to learn and outgoing personality
  • Shift duty will be required
