Job Description:

-        Provider customer services support to operation team.

-        Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship with customers.

-        Rate procurement with carriers and services providers.

-        Understand clients’ needs and provide quotations to customers and overseas agents.

Requirement:

-        Form 7 or above

-        1-2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry

-        Familiar with freight forwarding operation

-        Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

-        Good communication skill and self-motivated
