Responsibilities:-

  1. Provide administration support such as handling and following up with customers enquires,handling course enrolment, greeting visitors and other general administrative duties
  2. Provide marketing and classroom support for the courses
  3. Provide supports to lecturers such as preparingcourse materials
  4. Undertake ad-hoc assignments when required

 

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service;Fresh graduation will also be considered
  2. Mature, able towork independently andself-motivated;
  3. Interested to meet with different kinds of people, excellent customer service
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Proficient in MS Office
  6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  7. Good team player
