Customer Services Officer

  • Perform check-in and check-out services for serviced apartment residents in a professional manner
  • Address residents' concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate and monitor service contractors, including security guards and cleaners, and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant
  • Guide potential residents for room inspection and coordinate with leasing team on special contractual arrangement
  • Develop good relationship with current and potential serviced apartment residents
  • Working Location: Sai Ying Pun


  • Form 7 / HKDSE or above
  • 3-5 years' working experience in customer services (property management / handover) is preferable, candidates with building technical knowledge is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese is a must
  • Proficiency in PC applicants including Chinese word-processing is a must
  • Mature, patient and self-motivated; good communication skill in collation with different people
  • Willing to work overtime and shift duty when required
  • Good telephone manner
  • Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Services Officer
  • Immediate available is preferrable
