Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and follow up across teams to ensure proper execution of shipping documentation and workflow & achieve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in sales support, such as quotation, order follow-up, logistics, after-sales services
  • Handle customers’ inquires, such as phone calls and emails
  • Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Work closely with billing and account receivable team about the payment status
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data entry tasks in system, filling
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor or department head

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in logistics, business or any related discipline
  • Min 2-3 year working experience in shipping / logistic customer services
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
