Job Responsibilities: 
 

  •  Handle client enquiries and account opening procedure
  •  Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
  •  Provide quality customer services and handle client's enquiries and feedback
  •  Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor


Job Requirements:
 

  •  Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
  •  Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  •  Passed HKSI paper 1,7,8, or Licensed with SFC Type 1, 2 is preferred but not a must
  •  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  •  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

*Fresh graduates are also welcome for applying this position* 

Working Locations:

  •  Mongkok or Causeway Bay
