Customer Services Officer

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle client enquiries and account opening procedure
  • Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
  • Provide quality customer services and handle client's enquiries and feedback
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Passed HKSI paper 1,7,8, or Licensed with SFC Type 1 is preferred 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)


Working Location:

  • Mongkok branch 

Working Hours & Others:

  • Mon to Sun from 12:00 to 20:00 (5-day work week / on shift) 
  • 15 - 20 days annual leave  
  • Paid sick leave  
  • Group medical insurance
