Responsibilities:

  • Professional customer service for walk in client
  • Handle enquiries and complaints regarding to insurance policy operation
  • Report potential crisis and complaint to supervisor
  • Provide advice on handling customer enquiries
  • Liaise with clients to resolve client requests or enquiries and provide quality services to clients

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Customer Service
  • IIQE Paper 1, 3 (not must)
  • Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage
  • Strong problem solving skill and results oriented
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
