Handle customer enquiries and requests coming from various service channels
Receive customer feedbacks and handle customer complaints with a sincere and professional attitude
Follow up customers' requests with the concerned internal departments and provide answers with outbound phone calls and emails
Deliver services according to the compliance requirements, achieve customer satisfaction and meet service quality and productivity targets
Perform shift duties in contact centre to deliver services on a 7 x 24 basis. Attend night, overnight and special duty shifts on a need basis.
Requirements:
Form 7/DSE education or above
One year of experience in contact centre environment preferred
Excellent communication skills and service attitude
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint an advantage
