  • Handle customer enquiries and requests coming from various service channels
  • Receive customer feedbacks and handle customer complaints with a sincere and professional attitude
  • Follow up customers' requests with the concerned internal departments and provide answers with outbound phone calls and emails
  • Deliver services according to the compliance requirements, achieve customer satisfaction and meet service quality and productivity targets
  • Perform shift duties in contact centre to deliver services on a 7 x 24 basis.  Attend night, overnight and special duty shifts on a need basis.


  • Form 7/DSE education or above
  • One year of experience in contact centre environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and service attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint an advantage
