Customer Services Officer/Associate (Two-year renewable contract)

  • Handle customer enquiries, provide assistance to clients on certification and trade declaration matters and process applications;
  • Carry out consignment check independently, prepare reports and ensure the reports are in compliance with requirements;
  • Give input to improve operational efficiency and service level;
  • Provide general logistic and clerical support, including data-entry and proof-reading, as required; and
  • Perform other duties as required by the Chamber.

Other Requirements

  • 3 years working experience in trade/shipping documentation and customer services, candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate;
  • Good customer service attitude with high degree of integrity;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (English and Chinese) preferable, and good at proof-reading documents;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; and
  • Positive attitude and personality. Responsible, pleasant, self-motivated, and be able to work overtime and under pressure.
