Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries on daily financial transactions, account opening and general banking products in professional manner
  • Handle disputes and resolving client enquiries, complaints or suspected fraud cases as and when required
  • Providing quality services and financial solutions to clients and satisfy their changing financial needs
  • Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard clients’ and the bank’s interest.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • 2 years customer services experience in banking is preferred
  • Possess HKSI Paper 1,7 & 8
  • Familiar with the products of securities market
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good command in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Willing to perform shift duty
