Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries on daily financial transactions, account opening and general banking products in professional manner
Handle disputes and resolving client enquiries, complaints or suspected fraud cases as and when required
Providing quality services and financial solutions to clients and satisfy their changing financial needs
Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard clients’ and the bank’s interest.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Post-secondary education or above
2 years customer services experience in banking is preferred
Possess HKSI Paper 1,7 & 8
Familiar with the products of securities market
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Good command in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin is preferred
Willing to perform shift duty
