The incumbent is responsible for handling customers' bookings and declarations, monitoring transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments, and answering customers' enquiries.

Your tasks:

  • Arrange booking to carriers
  • Verify the correctness of document provided by shipper and for licensed shipment
  • Prepare export document for DG shipments
  • Liaise with warehouse department and contractors to ensure the consolidation plan loaded and delivered to terminal in timely manner

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1-year experience in airfreight customer services/operations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
  • Alternate Saturday with compensation leave
  • Work location: Tsing Yi
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
