The Job

  • Maintain smooth operation of the clubhouse for the managed property.
  • Assist in organizing recreation activities.
  • Conduct regular facilities checking.
  • Handle customer requests, enquiries and complaints.
  • Carry out general office duties including external delivery services and other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor and management deems appropriate.

The Person

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience.
  • Good customer services and interpersonal skills.
  • PC knowledge including Microsoft Word and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Require to work on shift hour and public holidays.
