Reponsibilities :

  • Provide face-to-face service to walk-in customers and couriers at Autotoll Service Counter, incl. handle Autotoll service applications, cancellations, account information updating, handle payments, data entry, handle enquiries and complaints
  • Receive guests, couriers, visitor at the HQ reception area
  • Provide back-end clerical support duties, incl. fax enquiries handing, data amendments, data entry

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, at least 1 year Customer service experience
  • Proficient skills in MS word, excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Patient, mature team player and good communication skills
  • Immediate available preferable
