Customer Services Representative (CSR) - Logistics

Responsibilities:

  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understands basic administrative functions for Customer Service area
  • Able to research customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions to include all inquires, comments, complaints and resolution decisions
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face;
  • All other tasks as required

     

Requirements

  • Min. 2+ years working experience in Logistics/Shipping Field
  • Form 5 or above
  • Average in English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Full Time, Permanent
  • Life & Medical Insurance
