Handle walk-in & phone-in customers inquiries, resolve and escalate feedback and maintain the established service standard
Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with the customers
Perform loan processing and administrative duties
Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds and handle repayment over the counter
Degree Holder or equivalent
Experience in Consumer Finance/banking industry is preferable
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
With initiative, pleasant personality and willing to learn
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work independently
