Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in & phone-in customers inquiries, resolve and escalate feedback and maintain the established service standard

  • Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with the customers

  • Perform loan processing and administrative duties

  • Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds and handle repayment over the counter

Requirements

  • Degree Holder or equivalent

  • Experience in Consumer Finance/banking industry is preferable

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • With initiative, pleasant personality and willing to learn

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Able to work independently
