Customer Services Representative (Insurance Industry, renewable contract)

Our client is a leading Insurance company and they are looking for Customer Services Representative to join their winning team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scripts talk that describe the company direction to persuade policy migration
  • Arrangement client appointment for Customer Care Centre or consultants
  • Facilitate clients on form filling for policy migration
  • Maintain records of customer contacts

Experience:

  • F. 5 or above
  • Good tone and manner
  • Customer focused with experience in customer service preferred
  • Good communication skills [fluent in spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and fair English
