Customer Services Representative/ Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal/external customers on inbound and outbound order management, escalation, resolution, operational activities, reports deliverable & data inputs.
  • Works closely with the operational team, to fulfill customer transport requirements
  • Handle shipments as per standard operations procedures
  • Day-to-Day frontline interactions with customer
  • Coordinate with operations teams on shipments and rates respectively
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to achieve service excellence
  • Handle general inquiries from customers
  • Customer service support is available 24 hours a day, to help whenever the client need support



  • Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline
  • With 4-5 year of experience in Logistics customer services & warehouse operations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Customer-oriented, Good communication skills  and willing to adapt changes 
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office including MS Word,Excel and Powerpoint


OT , bank holiday, traveling allowance,  meal allowance, year end double pay, 12 days annual leave, medical scheme (including immediate family members)

Salary     :  Negotiable
