Customer Services Representative

ALBA Integrated Waste Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited

(A)  Job Descriptions:

  • Provide quality and timely service via telephone (in-bound call) or web portal to customers (retailers and general public) who have submitted request to collect disposed electronic devices (e-waste)
  • Make out-bound calls for booking reminder, retention, order information verification, etc.
  • Coordinate and arrange collection service with logistics team  based on customers’ requests
  • Manage customers’ inquiries and complaints with patience and efficiency
  • Input orders placed over the phone into our CRM system
  • Collect, sort and archive collection requests
  • Support monthly audit of rebate orders: cross-check orders and inventory records with invoices


(B)  Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE/ F.5 or above
  • 2-3 years' working experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or retail CS call centre or other customer service hotlines
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, patient and flexible
  • Logical, systematic and open-minded when resolving issues
  • Mature, independent and works well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficiency in PC applications - MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduates with experience in servicing customers directly will also be considered

Location: Lai Chi Kwok

Working hours:  average 54 hours per week (including meal breaks of 1 hour a day)
