Customer Services Representative/Teller (Part-time) (Job ID: 1596)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide counter services to customers during peak business hours
  • To handle daily financial transactions and customers' enquiries
  • To solicit new business through in-branch sales and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Secondary level or above
  • Previous teller's experience is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work for at least 3 days a week (Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
  • Succesful incumbents must attend a 15-day compulsory customer services representative programme from 23 October 2018 to 12 November 2018 (from 9:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. during Monday to Friday) at our Kwun Tong Office and Branch
