Customer Services / Sales Assistant (5 days work)

Duties:

  • Responsible for processing of sales orders input and scheduling on-time delivery to customers
  • Strong in customer services and sales support
  • Prepare various sales reports and data consolidations
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong sense on teamwork

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • 2 years relevant experience in sales coordination, have good data analysis ability
  • Good command in English and Mandarin
  • Good command in using MS office and Chinese typing, better have ERP system experience
  • Strong customer service-oriented mind, good time management and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Experienced in Electronics field / Japanese or EMS customers is an added advantage
