Responsibilities職責

  • Responsible to operate the counter sales orders, phone orders and web orders in the shop
  • 負責店舖門市銷售, 處理電話及網上訂單
  • Process membership applications
  • 辦理客人申請會籍事宜
  • Perform day-to-day store operation activities such as product display, loading products to shelves, tester checking, etc.
  • 整理商品、上架及協助店舖日常運作
  • Responsible for the customer service hotline to provide telephone services to customers
  • 負責顧客服務熱線電話,提供電話服務予顧客

Requirements要求

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • 中五畢業或以上學曆
  • Minimum two years working experience, preferrably in customer service or retail environment
  • 兩年相關銷售/客戶服務經驗
  • Hands-on PC knowledge (Word, Excel). Chinese word processing a must
  • 能操電腦,中文輸入法
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • 良好廣東話,能操英語及普通話者優先
  • Honest, hard working and willing to learn
  • 誠實,勤力及主動好學
  • Shop closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • 星期日及公眾假期休息
