Customer Services Specialist – B2B Focus / European Company / Permanent Role

Our client is a leading multinational manufacturer that develops, manufactures, and markets products for the construction, building maintenance, and mining industries with more than 27,000 employees worldwide. It is currently looking for a permanent Customer Service Support Officer to join them for its business expansion. Regular Hours (Monday to Friday); No night shift; Job Rotation and Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Being an advocate to customer services excellence to major corporate clients
  • Provide accurate information to B2B customers and internal sales
  • Handle all enquiries from customers/internal sales via multi-channel (e.g. phone call, email)
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and address their feedback
  • Promote customer retention and achieve highest customer services satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or Degree Holder is preferable
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in customer services or operation support duties
  • A team player; independent; self driven
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
