Customer Services Specialist – B2B Focus / European Company / Permanent Role
Our client is a leading multinational manufacturer that develops, manufactures, and markets products for the construction, building maintenance, and mining industries with more than 27,000 employees worldwide. It is currently looking for a permanent Customer Service Support Officer to join them for its business expansion. Regular Hours (Monday to Friday); No night shift; Job Rotation and Training will be provided.
Being an advocate to customer services excellence to major corporate clients
Provide accurate information to B2B customers and internal sales
Handle all enquiries from customers/internal sales via multi-channel (e.g. phone call, email)
Maintain good relationship with customers and address their feedback
Promote customer retention and achieve highest customer services satisfaction
Diploma holder or Degree Holder is preferable
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in customer services or operation support duties
A team player; independent; self driven
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
