Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries of RMA issues
  • Arrange pick up with courier for the damaged items and provide invoice to customer directly through RMA system
  • Coordinate the end-to-end RMA services until ticket closure including logistics administrative issues, goods receiving, outlook checking
  • Assign the tickets to RMA for future warranty repairing create dummy invoice & reship back to customers if necessary
  • Provide different kinds of analysis reports for management to assist on decision making
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by manager

Essential qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline with at least 1 years' solid experience in customer service
  • Candidate with working experience in RMA services or related field is highly preferred
  • Proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, independent, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel or other ERP system
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
