What you'll do:

  • Respond and communicate with customers through live chat on Fanpage Facebook, Instagram, Company Email, Google My Business and internal customer services system.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing Teams

Who you are:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and good listening skills.
  • Have experience handling Live Chat issues and provide strategies to tackle the issues.
  • Customer service or customer support experiences is a plus.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in Chinese & English.
