Customer Services Supervisor - 3P Logistics & Warehouse

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform supervision on a team
  • Provide timely and accurate reports (KPI, Billing report, etc) as required
  • Shipment/Order management and Inventory Management in WMS
  • Internal and External coordination to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer satisfaction
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics activities or customer complaints
  • Prepare RFQ and Create SOP/Work Instruction for ad-hoc projects/VAS
  • Handling customer inquiry and ad-hoc projects

  Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKALE/ HKDSE / Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum   5   year's relevant experience in handling customer relations in Logistics field
  • Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure and  work in warehouses
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
