Customer Services Supervisor / Executive

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle daily orders operations for Hong Kong and Taiwan market
  • Answer internal and external customer enquiries, complaints and requests via hotline and email
  • Manage service standard of the customer service team, ensure service level targets are met
  • Assist in allocating tasks for teammates in daily operations
  • Maintain master data records in systems
  • Work closely with different markets and or departments to ensure timely response of customer enquiry or resolution of issues.
  • Support and lead process improvement projects
  • Assist in system implementations
  • Prepare KPI reports
  • Prepare email notification to booksellers
  • Ad hoc tasks and assignment

Job Requirements

  • University graduated with at least 1 year’s relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-oriented, self-initiated and able to work independently with good problem solving skill
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Customer Services Executive
