Responsibilities:
Handling customer’s inquiries, claims, complaints, quotations and overseas agent correspondence

Following up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
Maintaining customer database
Handling all import and export shipments
Co-ordinating with operation departments to ensure customer orders are properly followed up

Requirements:
HKCEE / HKALE/ HKDSE / Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines

Minimum one year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
High proficiency in MS office applications
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
