Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to customers in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Act as major contact point with customer support functions to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Responsible for handling enquiries on account or operational matters.
  • Liaise with internal parties on account maintenance.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with Finance, Economic or related discipline.
  • 1 years or above experience in Banking and Finance or Customer Service.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
