Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality and efficient services to customers
  • Handle customers’ enquiries on account or operational matters
  • Provide support to customers to ensure account operations
  • Support users with on-boarding and resolving their issues
  • Liaise with different departments on account maintenance tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Experience in communicating with customers via email and LiveChat in the Finance industry is highly preferred 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
  • Fresh graduate will be also considered
