Customer Success Engineer (Enterprise Support Team)

Amidas is a fast growing IT System Integration Company focusing on Enterprise Market in Hong Kong.  We are helping our customer by selecting the best leading technologies worldwide including Cyber Security, End-user Computing, Next Generation Infrastructure and Cloud Services.  We are expanding our team and you will be part of the Technical Service Team to support our customer on the following:

  • Provide technical support for enterprise customers you’ve onboarded
  • Develop a trusted partnership with key stakeholders and executive sponsors within customer organizations.
  • Execute deep troubleshooting and drive resolution of customer issues as quickly as possible
  • Record, track progress and escalate application issues Collaborates with the various teams to ensure that problems are resolved effectively and efficiently
  • Assists with various system testing activities and internal projects as needed

Who is our Right Fit:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related area
  • With solid working experience in SI companies would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Citrix, VMware and Microsoft Solutions would be an advantage
  • Pro-active and strong motivation for picking up latest technology trends
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
