Customer Success Officer / CRM Project Officer

We are a Hong Kong based IT solution company focusing on CRM and Loyalty System consultation and implementation projects on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.  Our major customers include property developers, retailer and well-known companies in Hong Kong and Macau.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for candidate for project and solutions delivery to our clients.  The position is required to frequently work at client site and closely coordinate with internal consulting and development team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for assisting in: 

  • Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, meeting arrangement and notes taking
  • Consolidate UAT results from participating parties and prepare testing reports, statistics, training and documentation preparation
  • Work closely with Project team to coordinate and implement the project and facilitate smooth operation adaptation
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to teammates and other staff

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Self-motivation and willing to learn
  • Willing to communicate with other team members or clients, and could also work individually after work assignment 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 or CRM projects is definite advantages
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
