Customer Support Engineer (5 Days Work)

The successful candidate is responsible for providing high level customer satisfaction through effective delivery of technical service support.

Job Description:

  • Handle support and service requests from customers, and provide on-site support
  • Provide operational and maintenance support services for critical systems
  • Provide problem diagnosis, cause identification and resolving technical problems
  • Assist in project implementation/technical training/testing activities


  • Higher Diploma/University degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or technical discipline
  • 2 years of Customer/Technical Support related working experience
  • knowledge of Integrated System Environment, Application Support, OS, Database Server and IT Infrastructure (including virtual environment)
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Contact Center Solution, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be an advantage
  • Good team player, customer-focus, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independent
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior position
