Customer Support Engineer (REF: AVH/CSE)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide lift and escalator technical support (product support, troubleshooting) to our distributors, either remotely or on site
  • Train and enable our distributors for lift and escalator troubleshooting
  • Prepare incident report to record equipment failure case
  • Support other technical related ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
  • Travel to overseas will be required occasionally

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
  • More than 3 years’ experience in lift/ escalator testing and commissioning
  • Electrical/ electronic background is mandatory
  • Skills for lift / escalator troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of EMSD Code of Practice on the Design and Construction for lifts and escalators
  • MS Office application (Word, Excel)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player and detail-minded
