Customer Support Executive / Customer Liaison Officer

Job Description:

  • Provide quality customer services via phone, emails and different communication channels
  • Handle client's enquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients
  • Communicate with internal and external parties effectively
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as the company assigned


  • F.6 graduated or associate degree or above
  • At least 2 years relative working experience, with 1 year or above in customer service / contact center experience is highly preferred
  • Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Detail-minded and a good team player, customer-focused and result-oriented
  • Proactive in offering solutions to customers’ requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Good command of phone manner and customer service skill
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Office hours: 0900-1800 (Mon – Fri)
