  • Answer enquiries via hotline, email or social media platform regarding delivery, product information, service detail and general CS issues
  • Handle complaints to provide effective and efficient solution to customers
  • Communicate a realistic timeline for the resolution and keeping them informed as promised
  • Operation hours of Call Centre: 10:30am to 08:00pm
  • Shift working hours: 8-9 hours per day
  • Working location: Shatin Office



  • Passionate about getting a good solution for customers
  • Good manner and customer-oriented: offering solutions to ensure customers are satisfied with overall service level and able to work under pressure
  • Passion in home furnishing and IKEA culture & values
  • Form 5 or above, with 1 - 2 years working experience in customer service field is preferred
  • Good command of English and Cantonese; fair in Mandarin
  • Hands-on PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing)
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Support Specialist
