Accountabilities

  • Monitor application, systems and data to ensure quality deliverables
  • Handle customer enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone calls
  • Assist in statistics analysis and monitor the usage log and performance
  • Assist to identify support trends and potential product enhancement
  • Prepare and conduct training to customers

Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with supervisory role
  • Degree or above in business administration, e-Logistics, e-Commerce or related discipline is preferred
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Basic experience or knowledge in trading, shipping, import or export
  • Well-organized, responsible, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Shift duty is required
