Our client is a leading application service provider in Asia providing full suite of online financial information services and solutions to reputable financial insitutions across the region. They are now looking for suitable candidates to join their team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer’s inquiries in a professional manner
  • Professionally follow up complex or complicated customer’s inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Investigate and identify the issue. Liaise and coordinate with different support team to resolve the issue.
  • Understand the needs of customers and assess the urgency of the cases and provide professional support
  • Handle complains in a professional and timely manner

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above on Computer related
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates and no working experience are also welcome
