Customer Support Supervisor (5 Days Work)

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a small team in processing a sound workflow of incident and problem management support relating to Omni Channel Contact Centre Solutions.

Job Requirements:


  • Higher Diploma or above holder in the technical discipline
  • 4-5 years’ experience in system/technical support is preferred
  • Sound hands-on experience in maintaining VOIP / IP PABX / Contact Centre System infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server & SQL Server should be an advantage
  • Proven experience in managing the customer relationship and technical support
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good team player, customer-focus, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Work overtime may be required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for other position
