Customer Support Team Leader

Duties:

Manage a group of our Community Specialist Teams and achieve business goal

Identify operational weaknesses and make improvement

Be a multi-tasker and you’ll be the go to person for many key initiatives within the COE.

Apply existing processes and policies and make decisions based on these guidelines as the North Asia Safety Liaison Officer.  Engaging partners to align on creating one for future use when guidelines are not clear.

Be a great people manager, mentoring the team leads and CSRs while building a solid team culture.

 

Requirement

Minimum 4 years in CS with 2 years of supervisory level 

Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies

Natural team player with strong interpersonal skills;

 

Proficient in Cantonese and English, Japanese will be a bonus

Well-versed with MS Office application
