Customer Support (Web) Programmer / Helpdesk Engineer

This new role is a rare and ideal opportunity for a people-driven communicator with basic programming knowledge, or a amateur programmer who want to spend more time dealing with people.
POSITION: Customer Support (Web) Programmer / Helpdesk Engineer
WHAT YOU WILL DO

40%: develop, implement, maintain, and support web project and applications
30%: provide first-line (helpdesk) support for clients and escalate to relevant team members
10%: assist non-tech team members in defining project specifications
10%: contribute to brainstorming workshops in product innovation
10%: assist in other client-related administrative and technical tasks

Passionate in perfecting user experience and exploring the latest technologies

2. Required Education and Skills:
Degree / Sub-degree holder
Proficiency in Chinese and English
Basic graphic sense
Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS3; a big plus in javascript

Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies:
ReactJS, Vue.js, Angular, PHP, Python, Node.js, MySQL, Git

3. Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in customer service, sales or enquiry handling
  • Experience in technical documentation
  • Experience in commercial website building
