Customer/Technical Support (HRMS/HRIS)


  • 5-day week

  • Participate in HRMS project implementation (including User Requirement Study, Documentation)
  • Provide quality assurances and UAT on developed programs
  • System Testing, and User Training
  • Test software modification
  • Provide ongoing customer support


  • Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or HR related faculty
  • Knowledge in MS SQL or Human Resource is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure
  • Good at customer communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
