Act as team lead and business partner to provide professional HR support in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, staffing, compensation & benefits, training, performance management and development aspects.
Formulate and implement HR initiatives in alignment to business objectives.
Maintain strong communication with functional line managers and general staff to ensure business needs are met.
Participate in developing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business growth.
Take up ad hoc projects assigned by the Board’s management

Requirements:
Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience in human resources management with solid experience as HR Business Partner within Investment Banking sector or Securities Brokerage are required (Businesses including SFC Type 1,2,4,5,6&9)
Well-versed in HK/PRC employment ordinance and employment related legislation is imperative, strong knowledge with all modules of HR functions and able to work as a project manager independently
Team player, proactive, tactful to deal with all levels of staff with strong business acumen
Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation and influencing skills
Well-versed in communication, interpersonal and project management skills
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
