Inspect shipment and able to identify possible/hidden dangerous goods
Coordinate with sorting team and relevant parties for proper handling of problem shipments
Scan, update system and report any problem shipment to supervisor timely
Handle enquiry from customers, customer services team and overseas offices
Assist ad hoc project as assigned
Form 5/DSE qualification with solid and relevant experiences and DG training will also be considered
1 year relevant working experience in DG handling
Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint)
Good communication and proactive to get job done timely and accurately
Team player and able to manage priority under stress and deadline
Willing to work in warehouse environment
