Data Analyst - Assistant Manager (HK)


What Your Will Do
  • Work with Product Managers to define key metrics that describe objectives for projects
  • Define and prepare measurement specifications and implementation requirements for projects across all platforms (desktop, mobile site, mobile apps, email etc.)
  • Design, create and automate dashboards to monitor performance of projects and platforms
  • Deliver accurate and value-adding actionable insights through understanding user behavior with data
  • Communicate clear data, analysis and actionable insights to support key decisions
  • Independently handle data queries from internal stakeholders
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Maths, Statistics or related quantitative field from a reputable university
  • At least 4 years of analytical experience, including 2 years of hands-on experience with web analytical tools like Google Analytics and / or Omniture
  • Familiar with product metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, retention and user lifetime value
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to detail
  • Passion for high quality data analysis and interest in the internet industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of both spoken and written English with good influencing and interpersonal skills. Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus.
